Our Producers
Our Spanish producers have been carefully selected because they are independent locally or family owned firms who have been in the business for many years: in many cases over 100 years. An important feature of these products is that they use the highest quality assured and accredited natural production processes. All the wines are from accredited Denominacion d’Origen, the cavas have been produced through the same natural fermentation processes as champagne.The Serrano and Iberian ham products are produced through certified and accredited natural curing processes without the need for artificial environmental systems or agents. There are no conservation or colouring agents.
Our strong and direct links with the spanish producers enable us to hold stock for sampling in the UK at short notice. The trade can sample products at no cost before buying. The relationship with our producers means we can respond quickly to special requests and market changes on your behalf.
