Aceituna Karina - Olives Suppliers

This company processes and packages olives harvested in andalucia. The main products are olives (stoned and cleaned and sold in brine and of various sizes and types), stuffed olives (stuffed with anchovies, peppers, garlic, almond, tuna and lemon)and other products such as gherkins, assorted pickled vegetables, hot peppers, capers. The company was started by two partners in 1975 in the town of Acantarilla, in the Murcia Region.

The firm works with a grower in andalucia so that it controls the entire production processes starting with the selection of the olives in the field, through harvesting at exactly the right moment, natural fermentation, bottling, pasteurisation, packaging and preparation for distribution. The company’s contribution to environmental processes was recognized by a special award from the region of Murcia in 2004.

Aceituna Karina produces plain green and black olives, stoned plain olives, sliced plain olives. The plain and pitted olives appear as Aceitunas Corredor. The firm also produces a range of stuffed olives, including olives stuffed with peppers, tuna, almonds, garlic, lemon. The stuffed olives appear as Aceitunas Karina.Olives are available in a wide range of sizes, including the large “queen” olives (gordal), and calibres from 160/180 to 240/260. Products are available in large tins as well as jars and smaller tins.
